VP Coach Dustin Chau

Growing up I have always been timid and shy because I was insecure about my body image. I remember stepping into the weight room as a freshman and feeling terrified with the weights and machines. I looked around and saw everyone else lifting heavy weights and I never felt so out of place. For the rest of the year I never came back to the weight room and I told myself that I will never be able to change. However, with the help with one of my coaches who took the effort to mentor me, I was able to gain confidence inside the gym. After seeing physical and mental progress, my passion for fitness and wellness took off.
I am Nutrition Science undergrad who is a NASM certified personal trainer with a certification in Nutrition Specialist. I started off as a personal trainer at 24 Hour Fitness tendering to all kinds of people with different goals and aspires. I am now venturing into online coaching because I believe that not only is it more affordable but it is as effective as training in person with me. I believe that nutrition plays a big role in changing our bodies and with the correct individualized programming, you are able to make big changes.

VP Coach Ahries Julian

My name is Ahries Julian & I'm 20 years old. I'm currently studying to be a Physical Therapist Assistant at Ohlone College & I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Most of my life I stayed fit by playing basketball in school & outside club teams. When basketball was no longer my passion, I fell off track all together. October 2015 was when i was at my heaviest and in the worst shape of my life. Weighing at 195 and 25% body fat, I was not happy with where I was physically and mentally. I became insecure and had no self confidence. I took one of the biggest steps in my life when i decided to start my own fitness journey and had my best friend dustin give me tips along the way. I stayed committed on my journey and never skipped any meals, cardio, or workouts. February 2016, I managed to drop my weight to 160 at about 14% body fat. I felt accomplished with what I brought my health and fitness to. From there i decided to do my first men's physique show July of 2016. This prep challenged me mentally and physically, but I ended up placing 4th out of 12-15 competitors. From there on I used what I've learned from my coaches, school classes, and research to help guide my family to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle.

"I believe since I could help myself and my family through health and fitness, then I could help anyone in the world."
